Before Installation Notes

Tips 1: Test before installation. When testing, do not remove any protective film or tags. Pay attention to the problem of static electricity. Ground yourself with an ESD (electro static discharge) strap before attempting any repair to prevent damage from static electricity. Ensure eye protection and caution to avoid glass splinters.

Tips 2: Simulate testing. Screen replacement is a fragile product. It is strongly recommended to test before installation. Please simulate testing by connecting the audio cable and new replacement to the motherboard + LCD or screen, power on, and if the test is successful, proceed with installation. Contact us immediately if there are any issues, and do not force installation if the screen does not show.

Tips 3: Avoid over-bending the cable. Ensure that the LCD cable is not over-bent, as over 90 degrees of bending can cause a black display.
