Installation Notes:

Clamp ring seat tube:

1. Insert the seat tube into the clamp ring
2. Use a wrench to tighten the screws on both sides

Double track seat post:

1. Use a wrench to remove the screws on both sides
2. Draw the middle bar
3. Remove other parts
4. The clamping tube has been removed
5. Loosen the seat tube mounting screws
6. Snap the double track into the groove
7. Tighten the fixing screws
